This small but very exclusive house is situated at the lake and is open all year and is both air conditioned and heated. Due to its small size your holiday can be intimate, but since the hotel is located close to the city center it is only a 3 minute walk to the heart of Portschach, where you find a variety of restaurants, comfortable and simple, even luxury ones as well. You have the possibility to go for a swim at the lake without crossing any street, after that you might want to sit down in the sauna or in the steam bath or you might just want to spend a relaxing afternoon and evening in our Onyx Bar. A house of peace and relaxation and how Prof. Ernst Fuchs, one of the most important Austrian artists, once said: It is not a holiday at a friends place, it is a holiday with friends.Water ski school and tennis facilities can be reached within a 2 minute-walk, the Moosburg Golf Club is within 7 minutes by car. Downhill skiing or paragliding is also available just 35 minutes away on the Gerlitze. Additional Information: Children age 3 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding.Other Child Policy Information: 4 to 7 years receive a 50 pct reduction, 7 to 10 years receive a 35 pct reduction, 10 to 14 years receive a 5 pct reduction. Children over this age will be considered an adult.
